Terk TV-42 Description

Satellite television users know that the biggest limitation that they face is the inability to receive local broadcasts over their dish in most areas. If this option is offered, it is usually an additional monthly fee that may be charged per receiver installed. The Terk TV42 TV antenna solves this problem by giving satellite dish owners the ability to pickup local broadcasts transmitted over the air for free in both the UHF and VHF range. The TV-42 antenna is the easiest way to add local channel reception to your existing satellite system.

The Terk TV-42 clip-on amplified antenna is a tool-free installation that simply clips to your existing satellite dish. The first VHF/UHF antenna designed to easily attach to a dual LNB satellite dish, the TV-42 delivers clear, powerful off-air reception. Featuring a weather-resistant design for years of maintenance-free use, it mounts onto any 18-inch satellite dish in just minutes, with no tools required.

The Terk TV42 features two built-in diplexers that combine local and satellite signals into a single RG6 coaxial cable that feeds directly into your satellite set-top box or multiplex unit. This eliminates the need to run an extra wire from the dish to the home, and enables both satellite and local programming to be viewed from multiple TV sets at the same time. Precision-tuned elements provide maximum local channel reception, while built-in amplifier improves picture quality.
